PAYMENT
AYAVA accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay & Mobilepay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Payment with EAN:
Send an email to kontakt@ayava.dk if you want to shop for a company and pay with EAN.
Reservation of amount
When using a payment card, debit or credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been shipped, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
With a debit card, you will see that the money has been reserved in your account and that your available amount will be shown as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will continue to be valid for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.
Credit card authorization
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

AYAVA uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
AYAVA ships goods with the following: PostNord - Private
The shipping fee is a fixed price regardless of the size of your order.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Unclaimed packages
If you have forgotten to pick up your package and it has been returned to us, you must send us an email to kontakt@ayava.dk stating that you either want the package sent again or want to return it. If you want the package sent again, we will send a charge of 39 DKK for shipping, which must be paid before we send the package. If you want the money refunded, we will charge a fee of 39 DKK (for the return shipping), which will be deducted from the original amount.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will be responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and returned to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kontakt@ayava.dk. The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to AYAVA to assess the condition of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to AYAVA within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints .
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
AYAVA will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY
We do not resell personal information or pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with AYAVA , we need the following information:

The personal data is registered with AYAVA and is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
In general, a prerequisite for filing a complaint is that the product or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here:
