PAYMENT

AYAVA accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay, Anyday & Mobilepay.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last working day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The amount of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flexible payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Please remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be incurred. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. Reservation of amount

When using payment cards, both debit and credit, an amount equal to the purchase is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the money is debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on debit cards

With debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and your available balance will appear as less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Authorization on credit cards

The money will only be debited from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

AYAVA uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties.

DELIVERY

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

AYAVA ships goods with the following: PostNord & UPS (only Shappy products are shipped with UPS)

Shipping is a fixed price regardless of the size of your order.

You can choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Longer delivery times may occur in connection with major campaigns such as Birthdays or Black Friday. Keep an eye on the site.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over DKK 399. 

Uncollected packages

If you have forgotten to pick up your package and it has therefore been returned to us, you must send us an email at kontakt@ayava.dk stating that you either wish the package to be sent again or wish to return it. If you wish the package to be sent again, we will send an invoice for DKK 39 for shipping, which must be paid before we send the package. If you wish for a refund, we will charge a fee of DKK 78 (for shipping + return shipping), which will be deducted from the original amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

The wish to cancel must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and returned to us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

A request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kontakt@ayava.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to AYAVA to assess the condition of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not, however, apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

A 2-year right of complaint is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to AYAVA within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints.

The right of complaint lapses with incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

AYAVA covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

For you to enter into an agreement with AYAVA, we need the following information:

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, a prerequisite for complaining is that the item or service you wish to complain about cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The monetary limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
