Delicious Spinners with Ham & Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
50 g. Yeast
5 dl water
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Salt
200 g. Durum flour
500 g. Wheat flour
Fill:
200 g. Cream cheese
1 bunch chives
100 g. Ham strips
Procedure:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
Add the remaining ingredients except the wheat flour. Add the wheat flour a little at a time. Knead well and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
While the dough is rising, make the filling.
Chop chives and mix with cream cheese.
When the dough has finished rising, roll it out into a rectangle of approximately 60x40 cm.
Spread the filling on top and sprinkle with ham.
Fold the dough in half and cut into about 20 strips.
Twist a strip and tie a loose knot.
Let them rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
