There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will be responsible for any return costs.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and returned to us . latest 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Christmas gifts can be exchanged until January 31, 2026.
